Usage Policy
Users may only use Pulse for non-commercial entertainment purposes. Automated interaction with the bot via other scripts or bots is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.
Availability
While we strive for 100% uptime, Pulse is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or technical failures beyond our control.
Premium Terms
Premium subscriptions are non-refundable. Subscription benefits are tied to specific servers and may be transferred according to our current transfer policies (available on Discord).
Modification of Terms
Pulse reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the bot after terms have been changed constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
